By downloading or using a 3D model from free3D.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download or use any models provided by this platform.

1. "As Is" Provision
All 3D models are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. You use the content entirely at your own risk. free3D.io makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, usefulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any model.

2. No Guarantee of Quality or Standards
free3D.io disclaims any responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or compliance of any model with professional or legal standards. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the appropriateness of the model for your specific use case.

3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall free3D.io, its affiliates, partners, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any 3D model. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or legal claims.

4. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance
You agree to use the models in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. free3D.io does not verify, monitor, or ensure compliance with legal standards in any country.

5. Modification and Derivative Works
You are permitted to modify, adapt, or build upon the 3D models. Redistribution or resale of these models must credit the original source and comply with applicable licensing requirements.

6. File Formats and Compatibility
Models are provided primarily in *.3DS and *.GSM formats. Compatibility with your software, hardware, and rendering systems is your responsibility. free3D.io does not provide technical support for file conversion or integration.

7. Prohibited Uses
The following uses of the models are strictly prohibited:
Engagement in illegal or unlawful activities;
Use in adult, pornographic, or otherwise explicit material without appropriate licenses or warnings;
Use in AI training datasets without express permission.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the models remain with their original creators or licensors. Downloading a model does not imply the transfer of any IP rights other than a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for permitted use under these terms.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless free3D.io, its affiliates, licensors, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your use or misuse of any 3D model.

10. Termination of Access
free3D.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its platform or specific models at any time, for any reason, without liability or prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform or its content constitutes acceptance of any changes.
