By accessing, downloading, or using any 3D model from Free3D.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must abstain from downloading or using any content provided by this platform.
All 3D models and accompanying materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. You assume the entire risk related to your use of the content. Free3D.io expressly disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, usefulness, and non-infringement.
Free3D.io assumes no responsibility for the quality, technical accuracy, or compliance of any model with professional, industry, or legal standards. It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly evaluate and verify the appropriateness of any model prior to integrating it into your specific use case or project.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Free3D.io, its affiliates, partners, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use, or inability to use, any 3D model. This limitation of liability encompasses, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, reputational harm, or any other intangible losses.
You agree to utilize the models in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes in your jurisdiction. Free3D.io does not monitor, verify, or guarantee that any content complies with the legal standards of any specific country or region.
You are granted permission to modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the 3D models. However, any redistribution, sharing, or resale of these models (whether modified or unmodified) must appropriately credit the original creator and strictly adhere to any specific licensing requirements attached to the individual model.
Models are primarily provided in *.3DS, *.OBJ, and *.GSM formats.
Ensuring compatibility with your specific software, hardware, and rendering systems is solely your
responsibility. Free3D.io does not offer technical support for file conversion,
troubleshooting, or software integration.
The following uses of the models and of the website are expressly prohibited:
tx_hash / EIP-3009 nonces / access tokens, forged
PAYMENT-SIGNATURE values, or distributed scraping designed to evade rate limits;Automated AI Agent Access: Access to Free3D.io by artificial intelligence agents, language models (LLMs), web crawlers, automated scrapers, or any other programmatic or non-human entities requires mandatory payment of $1.00 USD per model access.
Payment Methods: AI agents must pay via one of the following methods:
TransferWithAuthorization off-chain for USDC on Base/Ethereum or PYUSD on Ethereum/Arbitrum
and submit the base64-encoded PaymentPayload in the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE HTTP header.

or exchange the transaction hash for a one-time access token via
POST /x402/verify and use it as X-Access-Token.X-API-Key header.Payment Enforcement: AI agents that attempt to access, download, or scrape content without
proper payment will receive an HTTP 402 (Payment Required) response containing a
PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (base64-encoded payment requirements per the x402 v2 specification)
and a JSON body with the same payload. Each transaction, EIP-3009 nonce, or access token is valid for
a single use only and cannot be reused (replay attack protection).
Human Users: This payment requirement applies exclusively to automated AI agents and programmatic access. Human users browsing the website through standard web browsers continue to have free, unrestricted access to all models and content.
Transaction Verification: All cryptocurrency payments are verified before granting access.
For x402 v2 — the EIP-712 signature is recovered locally and matched to the
authorization.from; the nonce is checked for prior use; validBefore /
validAfter windows are honored. For legacy on-chain transfers — the receipt is fetched via
RPC and must be confirmed, no older than 24 hours, sent to the correct wallet, contain the minimum
required amount and use approved token contracts (USDC, USDT, or PYUSD).
Scope of the per-request payment. A successful x402 payment authorizes one HTTP read of the requested URL and the rendering of its public metadata to the requesting agent. It does not convey any right to (a) store the response beyond what is technically necessary to process it, (b) redistribute the content to third parties, (c) use the content as a training, fine-tuning, distillation or evaluation signal for AI/ML models, or (d) construct a dataset from aggregated responses. All such uses require a separate written enterprise license — contact free3dio@pm.me.
Logging and Rate Limiting. For every programmatic / AI-agent request we record the
request timestamp, the resource URL, the resolved client IP (via CF-Connecting-IP or
X-Forwarded-For), the User-Agent, the Cloudflare Ray ID, the payment method attempted, and
the verification outcome. These records are used for billing reconciliation, replay-attack prevention,
anti-fraud, and statutory accounting. We may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily block any IP, ASN,
wallet address or API key that we reasonably believe is engaged in abuse, circumvention, or systematic
non-payment. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and lawful basis.
Identifiers Stored. Successful payments cause the following identifiers to be persisted
for replay-protection and audit: blockchain wallet addresses present in authorization.from,
transaction hashes, EIP-3009 nonces, issued access tokens, and (for subscriptions) hashed API keys.
Wallet addresses are pseudonymous; we treat them as personal data only where required by applicable law.
Acceptance. By issuing an HTTP request to this domain with any User-Agent, header, payload or behavior that identifies the requester as an automated agent, AI model, scraper or crawler, you agree to these Terms and to the per-request payment obligation set out in this Section 8.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, pertaining to the models remain the exclusive property of their original creators or respective licensors. Downloading a model does not constitute a transfer of ownership or any intellectual property rights, but solely grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for permitted use in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free3D.io, its affiliates, licensors, contributors, and their respective officers and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use, misuse, or distribution of any 3D model, or your violation of these Terms.
Free3D.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform or specific models at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice or liability.
These Terms of Use are subject to revision at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the platform or its content following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications.
